pitchLogic Subscription Bundle Cancellation
To cancel your Subscription, just email us at support@f5sports.net with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email account used to create your pitchLogic account in the pitchLogic app

How you want to cancel
- Cancel, but keep the pitchLogic ball
- Cancel and return the pitchLogic ball
If you would like to keep your ball, you will be billed a final payment amount as shown below.
What happns next?
You will receive an email at your pitchLogic account email address confirming your cancellation.
- Keep Your Ball: If you choose to keep your Subscription Ball, the email will include the final payment amount that will be charged to you as shown below on the payment schedule. You will be able to continue using the pitchLogic app in your subscription until the end of the billing period.
- Return Your Ball: If you return your Subscription Ball following the shipping instructions provided in the email, your cancellation will take effect after your Subscription Ball is received by us. You may be charged for shipping. You will be able to continue using the pitchLogic app in your subscription until the end of the billing period.
- If you would like to continue using the advanced features of either the pitchLogic pro or pitchLogic plus mobile app, you can upgrade by making an in-app purchase in the pitchLogic app.
